When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, your message, and whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails, with the date and time you did so.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before a contract.
• To send occasional emails about services, projects and updates, only if you opted in. The lawful basis is your consent.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a secure database used to run this website, accessible only to ALSTON Visual. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case records are kept as long as needed for that work and our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent at any time, by emailing willalston05@gmail.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
